What to Bring:

For our journey along the trail, it's important to come prepared for comfort, safety, and enjoyment for you and your little one!

Here's a checklist of essentials to bring along:

  1. Comfortable Hiking Shoes: Opt for sturdy, supportive footwear that's suitable for uneven terrain. Your feet will thank you for the extra stability and grip! If your little is walking make sure they do the same!

  2. Baby carrier: Some trails are not assessable via stroller (lots of roots!). Wear your most comfortable carrier for you and your babe! Battis Field could be doable with off road stroller.

  3. Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Layers are key for adventures in New England, as temperatures can vary. Dress you and your little in breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics, and consider packing a lightweight jacket or rain shell just in case.

  4. Water and Snacks- the toddler snacking for us is real!!

  5. Sense of adventure: I know doing something new like this can be out of your comfort zone. We have all been there. Bring an open mind and sense of adventure to hike somewhere new with your little, and be supported by other mommas. You are never alone in this motherhood journey!

Hope to see you out on the trail! 🥾
