🌲In this mini-retreat, you will gain tools to live in the moment, build self-confidence and body awareness, reduce stress, and regulate your nervous system.
🌲Activities include yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, guided nature walks, and journaling.
🌲Your experience will be enhanced by being immersed in the unparalleled natural beauty of the Castle property.
