A community-guided hike with mindful walking, nature connection practices, and a grounding meditation at the waterfall.

Sunday, July 26 | 10:00–11:00am (Dining Hall)
🌲 Nature Toolkit
An immersive experience weaving mindfulness, sensory practices, gentle movement, and a grounding tea ritual to help you slow down, reconnect, and receive from the natural world. You’ll leave with simple, powerful tools to carry with you beyond the weekend.
