Join Kaitlin and Mikayla for a cozy autumn evening of gentle yoga, seasonal sipping, and a little pumpkin magic!
We'll begin with an all-levels yoga flow designed to ground and balance your body as we transition into fall. After class, wander the farm to pick your perfect pumpkin or gourd to take home.
Then, head to the farm store to enjoy a warm cup of seasonal tea and receive 10% off your farm store purchase as our gift to you.
This gathering is a chance to slow down, breathe deep, and connect — with yourself, with nature, and with the shifting season.

Your Yoga and Trail Guides:
Kaitlin Muller-Cusack, founder of Taking Root,s an all around nature lover; salt water enthusiast, fern and blue heron lover, yogi, wife, hiking mountain momma & dog mom!
Kaitlin has her M.Ed, B.S Environmental Science, New Hampshire Experienced Educator License, and a Trauma-Informed Registered Yoga Teacher, Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, certified CPR and WFA.
Kaitlin reminds us of the importsnt role nature plays in reconnecting to ourselves, each other and our community and in learning how to self regulate and restore balance in over lives through mindful immersive experiences outdoors.
Sara Bennett, E-RYT 200, CPYT, Cycle Guide, NOLS WFA. Sara has been a student of yoga since 2012 and a teacher since 2016. She’s completed two 200 hour yoga teacher trainings, multiple prenatal yoga teacher trainings and has
workshopped and practiced with various teachers, perspectives and styles. She offers public and private yoga including vinyasa flow, yin restorative and prenatal yoga. Her flow classes are breath-centered, alignment-based and mindful. All of her classes support wellness for all levels of mind, body and spirit.
Sara loves hiking and connecting with nature. She has backpacked over 625 miles of the AT and enjoyed teaching yoga to hikers along the way. Taking the practice outside adds another beautiful layer to the experience that she’s excited to bring to you this year!

All sales are final and cannot be refunded or transferred to another date/time. If weather related cancellation within 12 hours of the hike by Taking Root and you are unable to make rain date you will be fully refunded. In event of a location change due to unforeseeable circumstances you will be notified within 24 hours.
