School Mindfulness Reset

Keep your eyes peeled for upcoming dates! 

Let's get your pre-teen/teen starting the new school year off right! Join Taking Root,  Quiet Mind Wild Heart ,and Morgan Avery- holistic chef for a day of mindfulness activities. Students will learn skills they can take with them to start the school year off calm and mindful.

Activities include:

  • Being outside in nature

  • Mindfulness Meditations

  • Mindfulness Writing

  • Mindfulness Eating- Healthy Snack Choices 

  • Practicing Yoga

 

What to bring: 

  • Clothing comfortable for movement

  • Shoes for walking 

  • Water

  • Yoga mat / towel 

Minimum: 5 students

Maximum: 12 students
