Nature and Mindfulness Community Session
Adults & Grades 6-8

Taking Root and Quiet Mind Wild Heart are offering an opportunity for adults and students to connect to themselves, their peers, and nature. We will meet at the Wentworth Douglas trailhead to define mindfulness and stress, ways to connect to the body and breath through moving meditation, and finish with a dropping in mindfulness practice. Come join us as we take the morning to drop in and unplug. *This will be two different sessions happening at the same time, one for adults and one for students.
